If you already have an existing BLACKTAILOR account, you are already part of the program.
HOW TO EARN POINTS?
Earn 1 point with each $1 spent at BLACKTAILOR. Additionally, you can accumulate points by following our social media accounts.
Once you have shared your birth date, you will receive birthday points as a special entitlement on your birthday!
WHAT CAN I USE MY POINTS FOR?
Points can be redeemed for discounts on your next order at BLACKTAILOR.
HOW CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS?
You can easily view your points balance by logging into your BLACKTAILOR account and it will be shown at the checkout stage.
Select the amount of points you want to apply, they will be automatically applied to your order.
CAN I COMBINE POINTS WITH OTHER DISCOUNT CODE?
No, points cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

WHEN ARE NEW POINTS ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT?
Points will be added to your account once you complete a purchase or fulfill the tasks.
HOW DOES THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WORKS?
Once you have made a purchase, you will receive a referral link. Share this link with your friends.
When your friend makes their first purchase using the referral link, they will receive a $20 USD discount on their first order, and you will receive 200 points as a referral reward.
Please note that the referred friend must be new customers to qualify.
WHEN ARE REFERRAL CREDIT ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT?
Referral credits are added to your account when a friend you referred successfully completes their first purchase.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Yes, your points will expire 1 year after issue.
WHERE CAN I LOCATE MY REDEEMED DISCOUNT CODE?
After logging in, simply click on "Discover the loyalty program" at the top of the "Membership" page, and you will find your discount code in the "Your rewards" section.
WILL REDEEMING POINTS CAUSE ME TO LOSE MY TIER STATUS?
No, redeeming points will not result in demotion from your current tier. Once you have reached a tier, you will maintain that status regardless of point redemption.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I RETURN OR CANCEL A PURCHASE?
If you return or cancel a purchase, points will be cancelled based on the amount returned.
