All orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse.
We aim to have your order dispatched from our facility within 24 hours. However, please bear with us if we are spending extra time checking/perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around the end of the year. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Purchases made after 9 p.m. EST will not be shipped until the next business day. If you order after 9 p.m. EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.

For DHL Express shipping, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS once your order has been shipped.
You will be notified by email and SMS about the progress of your shipment and the estimated delivery date/time. If this doesn’t work with your schedule, you can customize your delivery and decide how, where, and when it will take place at the time and location that best suits you.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country.
You might be required to sign on the package to receive the item, and thus, please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hours.
HOW ARE TAXES AND DUTIES CALCULATED?
All orders are shipped in Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU): As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
The customer is responsible for all applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes. We ship your package DDU (delivery and duties unpaid) and do not collect VAT, duties, and/or taxes. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by BLACKTAILOR.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
International returns initiated due to the wrong shipping address, delivery failure, or refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. *the original shipping cost will not be refunded for Express Shipping.
HOW IS THE EXCHANGE RATE APPLIED?
When purchasing in a currency other than USD, the conversion is performed by our partner Flow Commerce, Inc. and includes a conversion fee, which covers processing and guarantees the exchange rate at checkout.
We recommend paying for your order in the currency your payment method was issued. While you can pay in a different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency back to your home currency.
